Delays MAY occur with manufacturing or shipping of items that are preordered. If your item seems to be taking awhile, please feel free to contact us and we can give a status update.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are not issued for preorder items whatsoever unless there is an issue with the item once delivered; for that case, refer to our returns policy here.
Orders are processed according to the timeline denoted on the item listing or at the preorder tracker here. The timelines denoted are typically a function of manufacturing's own timelines, any associated holidays, or factors that cause cause delays (inclement weather, global pandemics, etc).
Orders that INCLUDE PREORDER items
If you purchase an item that is at PREORDER status, all of the other items in the order will be shipped together (this is to manage emissions from shipping and keep out prices low). If a special circumstance mandates the need to have those items sooner, please check out separately with the items needed and leave them off the order containing the preorder.
All orders come with a tracking number once shipped (except for flat letter mail -- typically stickers). You will automatically receive a tracking number through e-mail.
Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be delayed or have minimal information once they leave the USA -- this is due to how international postal systems tie together.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS (Outside the USA)
Customers outside the USA are fully responsible for any taxes or customs duties associated with receiving their order. We will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees, and in some cases, may not be able to refund the item.
