ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed in 1 - 5 business days unless noted otherwise (e.g. custom items that take longer to handmake, preorders, a website announcement that we are away, etc).

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

United States 1 - 5 business days after shipment
Canada & Mexico 1 - 3 weeks after shipment
International / Overseas 2 - 9 weeks after shipment


ORDER TRACKING

All orders come with a USPS tracking number. You will automatically receive a tracking number through e-mail.

Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be delayed or have minimal information once they leave the USA -- this is due to how international postal systems tie together.

Orders with FREE SHIPPING via Kittynaut Pin Club

If you are a member of the Kittynaut Pin club, your secret shop code will be used to combine orders with your pin club packets.  All purchases will be delayed until the pin club packet ships so they can be combined, so keep this in mind.

Orders including PREORDER items

If you purchase an item that is at PREORDER status, all of the other items in the order will be shipped together (this is to manage emissions from shipping and keep out prices low). If a special circumstance mandates the need to have those items sooner, please check out separately with the items needed and leave them off the order containing the preorder.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS (Outside the USA)

Customers outside the USA are fully responsible for any taxes or customs duties associated with receiving their order. We will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees, and in some cases, may not be able to refund the item.

ORDER INCORRECT UPON ARRIVAL

In cases of an order that has been damaged in transit, or if your order contained incorrect items, please contact us (hello@kittynaut.com) and we will help.

Please include your full name, store order number, and photographs of the incorrect items.
