Terms and Conditions

I accept returns and exchanges case by case
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery (damage in shipping) or within 30 days for all other issues
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale/clearance
Seconds-grade items

Returns and exchange details
In the rare event that you need a return, please contact us first. We're happy to help you out! :)

Return Process:
1. Please contact us with your order number and the rationale for the return/exchange.
2. To be eligible for a return for any reason, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Customer must ship items back within 7 days of initiating the refund and include a tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item; if you are doing an exchange, charges for sending the new items will also be incurred. For returns over $50 USD, postal insurance is recommended.
4. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed minus the order's original shipping & handling costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment method.

RETURN TO SENDER ORDERS

If your order is returned to sender due to an error that is not ours (for example: shipping address provided is inaccurate, order was not picked up at post office, package was refused, etc.) you may elect to either have your order reshipped if an alternative address is provided and re-shipment fee paid OR you may elect for a  refund of the item minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Items will not ship unless payment is received, thank you.

Inquiries and Chargebacks
All chargebacks issued will be considered fraudulent.  DO NOT ISSUE CHARGEBACKS.  Contact us instead to discuss options or a refund.  All chargebacks will have evidence of fraud submitted to both the issuing credit card company and to the buyer's local law enforcement.
